TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment

                  On receipt of your enquiry, I will respond at my earliest convenience to discuss your requirements, arrangements and dates. In receipt of your confirmation email, this will be taken as your provisional booking, in order to secure the booking, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required. Detail of the deposit including travel costs and agreement to the conditions will be advised on receipt of confirmation. On receipt of the deposit, a confirmation receipt will be sent, with the deposit deducted from the final bill.

                  Payments are preferable by electronic bank transfer; however, cash payments can be agreed upon in advance. All payments must be paid in full at least 6 weeks prior to the booked event date, failure of payments may conclude cancellation of my service to the event.

                  No travel costs will be incurred if the event is within 10 miles of DY9, however, any further distance is of no issue, but a travel charge will be incurred, the fee will be 50p per mile.

 

Cancellation by client

                  The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancelled secure booking 30 days or more from the day of the event date. Cancellation of 29 days or less will result in a non-refund of full costs. In the occurrence of postponement or cancellation, the event date can be changed to a date of no longer then 12 months from the original date. 

Cancellation by Makeup artist

                  In the very unlikely events, of cancellation by the Makeup artist due to issues outside of my control a resolution of an alternative competent artist, credit note, or full refund will be offered. In such an event, I will notify you at the earliest opportunity, but no liability will be held against myself.

 

Products

                  Only professional high-quality products from established and trustworthy brands will be used. Products will be chosen for the individual client’s requirements and suitability. Before any makeup is applied the client will be asked to fill out a questionnaire, which will ask for information regarding any allergies and skin type, which will need to be taken into consideration. Recommendations will be offered on the suitability of products and the most suited product for your skin.

 

Insurance

                  Public Liability insurance is held to the value of £1 million to ensure full protection to clients and myself.

 

Coronavirus

                  In the unfortunate event of a wedding being cancelled due to government regulations, no refund will be offered, but alternative booking dates will be offered at the same cost as the original booking (excluding any additional requirements). If the client cancels services outside of government regulations and I am legally able to provide my services, deposit terms and full payments terms previously stated will remain as non-refundable. All hygiene and safety measure will be taken by myself to ensure all government compliance
